Standard OAuth, scoped permissions, no surprises.

  1. Authorize account Account administrator grants access via TikTok's standard OAuth flow. Each account is connected explicitly and individually.
  2. Token storage Access and refresh tokens are stored securely. No credentials are stored. Tokens can be revoked at any time from the TikTok dashboard.
  3. Scoped operations The platform performs only the operations associated with granted scopes: campaign management, reporting, and pixel administration.
  4. Internal use only Data accessed via the API is used solely for managing the authorized accounts. No data is shared with or sold to third parties.

AdOps Manager ("we", "us", "the platform") is an internal advertising operations tool operated by Brian Advertising LLC. This privacy policy describes how we handle data accessed through authorized integrations.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share data accessed through the API with third parties. Data remains within Brian Advertising LLC's internal operations.

Data Retention

Access tokens and account data are retained only as long as the authorization is active. Account administrators may revoke access at any time through their TikTok Business Center, and we will discontinue further data access immediately.

Security

Tokens are stored encrypted at rest. Access is restricted to authorized internal team members. We do not store account passwords or credentials.

These terms govern use of the AdOps Manager platform operated by Brian Advertising LLC.

Authorized Use

AdOps Manager is an internal tool used by Brian Advertising LLC and its authorized team members to manage advertising operations across accounts that have explicitly authorized the platform via OAuth.

Account Authorization

By granting OAuth access, account administrators authorize AdOps Manager to perform campaign management, reporting, and pixel operations within the scope of granted permissions. Authorization may be revoked at any time.

API Compliance

The platform operates in accordance with TikTok's Developer Terms, Marketing API Terms, and Platform Policies. We do not engage in scraping, unauthorized data collection, or actions outside the scope of granted permissions.

Limitation of Use

The platform is not licensed for use by third parties, agencies acting on behalf of unrelated clients, or any party outside Brian Advertising LLC's internal operations.

Modifications

These terms may be updated. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
